How Andrew works
I work with leadership and management teams, boards and business owners when culture and performance drift apart: values are not lived, communication fails under pressure, or ownership slips. I use Discflow® to make behavioural patterns visible, helping teams resolve tension and work better together while leaders turn insight into action. I have worked with behavioural profiling since 2013 across many sectors, including elite sport, and deliver keynotes. I created Success Nucleus®, a culture enhancement framework to help businesses develop the right behaviours, mindsets and values to succeed.
