Partner with Discflow
Represent Discflow in your market.
Official Partners are businesses authorized to promote, sell and support Discflow in their own market, under their own brand, with a direct commercial relationship with Discflow HQ. You get the full product suite at partner rates, the assets to take it to market, and a network that is non-exclusive by design — so a strong position is earned by delivery rather than protected by a clause.
The model
Your business identity is yours. The Discflow brand is ours.
Most assessment partnerships ask you to become a satellite of someone else's brand. This one is built the other way round.
You trade as yourself. Your name on the proposal, your relationship with the client, your fees, your reputation in the market. What we supply is the instrument, the platform and the authority to represent it — and the assets to do that without spending your first six months building explanatory material that already exists.
The network is non-exclusive, and that is deliberate. A protected territory rewards whoever signed first and leaves a market stranded when they stop delivering. Territory here is held by being the obvious choice in it — certified people, live programs, clients who renew — which no clause can create for you and none is needed to protect.
What you build belongs to you. Your name stays on the work, the client relationship is yours, and the Discflow designation makes that name more credible rather than replacing it. A partner whose identity is borrowed has nothing to sell at the end of it. A partner who has spent three years building a reputation in their own market owns something real.
What you get
Authority, assets and a direct line
Six things, and the last two are the ones partners tell us mattered most once they were a year in.
Authority in your market
Official Partner designation, a direct commercial relationship with Discflow HQ rather than a reseller layer between you, and the standing to walk into a procurement conversation as the authorized party. The network is non-exclusive, which means territory is earned through delivery rather than granted and defended.
The Partner Web Kit
Page structures, copy frameworks and design assets built for partner sites, so you are not writing a Discflow explainer from scratch or guessing at how to describe the model. It is the one asset set reserved for Official Partners and not available through certification.
The full product suite at partner rates
Seven reports, FlowConnect, and the twelve-month programs, bought through a token account at rates that step down with volume. Tokens do not expire. What you charge your own clients is entirely your decision and we do not see it.
A route to acquisition, not just delivery
Official Partners can run our trial offer: you provide a 90-minute feedback session, we provide the tokens for up to ten Core 2.0 reports and a Group 2.0. It puts real output in front of a prospect at our cost rather than yours, and it is open to Partners rather than to individual trainers.
A written operating framework
A Partner Operating Framework, a Regional Pricing Addendum and a partner agreement covering conduct, assignment and dispute resolution. Unglamorous, and the reason a partnership survives its first disagreement.
Delivery capability you can build on
Certification for your people, and the Master Trainer credential for those who will certify others in your market. A partner who can certify locally stops depending on us for delivery and starts compounding.

The practical consequence for a new partner is that almost nothing you need has to be invented. Certification is already delivered locally, in the working language, by people who know the market. The reports exist in multiple languages. The objections you will hear in your first ten conversations have been heard and answered somewhere else in the network, and you are one message away from whoever heard them.
It also means we are not looking for partners everywhere at once. North America is the priority for 2027 — the United States and Canada are both open and we are actively appointing. Elsewhere, some markets are well covered and some have room, and the honest answer about yours takes one conversation rather than an application process.
Would you like to speak to a partner?
The best way to judge the network is to hear from someone already in it. Tell us about your market and we will put you in touch with a partner who has built a business with Discflow.
What makes a good partner
Five things the partners who do well have in common
None of them is about size. The list is about how a business is built and what it is being built for.
You are a business, not a diary
The distinction matters more than it sounds. A practitioner sells their own days and the ceiling is the calendar. A partner builds something that keeps working when they are not in the room — people who deliver, clients who renew, a market position that belongs to the business rather than to one person's reputation. If the plan depends entirely on you being available, certification is the better fit and we will say so.
You already have reach, or a credible route to it
We are not a lead source and we will not pretend to be. The partners who do well arrive with something already in place: a client base in organizational development, an existing training business, relationships inside HR functions, or a consultancy where behavioral work is a natural extension of conversations already happening. What we supply is the product, the authority and the materials. The relationships are yours to bring.
You can invest ahead of the return
The first year is a build. Certifying people, learning the instrument properly, running sessions that establish your reputation locally, and absorbing the cost of a few engagements that teach you more than they earn. Partners who need month three to pay for month one tend to discount early, and discounting early is very difficult to recover from.
You are comfortable being held to the evidence
This is a market with a lot of confident language in it, and the easiest way to sell a behavioral tool is to imply more than it can do. We publish our limitations, we do not support scoring or ranking people, and we expect partners to hold the same line in front of a client who would quite like a number to justify a decision. It costs business occasionally. It is not negotiable.
You want a long position, not a resale margin
A partner who treats this as stock to move will find the margin thin and the work unrewarding. A partner who treats it as a capability to build — certified people, repeat programs, a market that associates behavioral work with their name — finds the opposite. The economics reward depth over volume, deliberately.
When it is not a fit
Three reasons to walk away from this
Stated plainly, because finding out in month four costs both of us more than finding out now.
You want an exclusive territory
The network is non-exclusive. Territory is held by being the obvious choice in a market, not by a clause preventing anyone else from entering it.
You want us to supply the clients
We work with corporate clients who approach us directly, and we do not go after work a partner is already in. But certification and partnership are worth what they give you, not what we might send you.
You want to trade as Discflow
Partners represent Discflow under their own brand, and Discflow does not appear in partner trading names or domains. That is the point of the model rather than a restriction on it — you are building your name, not renting ours.
If one of those three is a dealbreaker, we would rather you closed the tab. If you are an individual practitioner rather than a business, certification is very probably the better route and it gives you the full product suite without any of the partner obligations.
How it works from here
Three conversations, not an application form
We are appointing a small number of partners in each market, so this is a mutual assessment rather than a submission you wait on.
An honest first conversation
Your market, what you already have in place, and what you would need from us to build. Thirty minutes, and it is as much about whether we can help as whether you qualify. If it is not a fit we will say so in that call rather than three weeks later.
You see the product properly
Full sample reports, a walk through FlowConnect and FlowHub, and the commercial terms for your market. You should be able to judge the instrument on its own merits before anyone discusses an agreement, which is why the sample reports are ungated and always have been.
The framework and the agreement
A Partner Operating Framework setting out how the relationship runs day to day, a pricing addendum for your region, and the partner agreement itself. Unglamorous documents, and the reason a partnership survives its first disagreement rather than ending in one.
6 questions
Partner program questions
What is a Discflow Official Partner?
A business authorized to promote, sell and support Discflow in its own market, trading under its own brand with a direct commercial relationship with Discflow HQ. Partners hold the Partner Web Kit, buy the full product suite at partner rates, and can build local delivery capability through certification.
Is the partner network exclusive?
No. The network operates on a non-exclusive basis. A strong position in a market is earned by being the obvious choice there rather than granted by a clause, and the model is built so that partners who invest in delivery compound their advantage.
Do I need to be certified to become a partner?
You need delivery capability in the business, which in practice means certified people. That can be you, or people you employ, and it can be built after appointment rather than before it. We expect every Official Partner to have at least one Master Trainer in the business within 12 to 18 months of appointment. What is not workable is a partnership with no capacity to deliver.
Can I use the Discflow name in my company name or domain?
No. Partners represent Discflow under their own brand, and the Discflow name is not used in partner trading names, domains or email addresses. You are building your own name in your market; the designation makes it more credible rather than replacing it.
How does pricing work?
You buy reports through a token account at partner rates, which improve with volume, and tokens do not expire. What you charge your own clients is your decision. Regional pricing applies, so rates are quoted rather than published.
How do I apply?
Talk to us. The conversation covers your market, what you already have in place, and what you would need from us to build. If it is a fit on both sides, the next step is the Partner Operating Framework and the agreement.
