Layer 1
Where someone sits across Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance — how they communicate, how they decide, how they respond under pressure. This is the foundation, and it is the part good DISC tools already do well.
It tells you how someone behaves.
Layer 2
Eight dimensions across two domains, each scored. This is what separates two people with the same style: one reads the effect they are having and adjusts in the moment, the other realizes afterwards.
It is measured in the same sitting and written into the same report. Not a second assessment, and not an upgrade.
It tells you how well they adapt.
Why it needs layer 1. A score for adaptability means nothing on its own. Adapting from what is the question, and the style is the answer.
Layer 3
Coaching guidance written for the profile the first two layers produced, reached through the platform at the moment it is needed — before a difficult conversation, not in a report after it.

FlowConnect is coaching guidance written for each behavioral profile, reached through the platform whenever someone needs it. Discflow is a behavioral assessment that measures DISC behavioral style and Emotional Intelligence in one integrated report, with coaching guidance written for each profile.
We don't publish our rates on the site. There is a fixed rate card with volume discount bands — pricing isn't invented per customer — but a single published figure would be wrong for most buyers, because the rate steps down with volume and certification is delivered regionally by Master Trainers. Tell us the shape of what you're planning and we'll come back with the rates that apply to you within one business day.
Organizations are priced per person against a fixed rate card, with the rate stepping down as volume goes up. Buy as you go, or set up an annual arrangement if that works better for budgeting and procurement. No per-seat licenses and no subscription. Certified Trainers open an account and buy tokens, which are used across any report in the suite.
A token is the unit you spend to generate a report. Different reports cost different numbers of tokens. You buy a balance and draw it down as you go. Tokens don't expire, and the rate improves with volume.
No. There's no subscription, no annual license and no minimum commitment. You buy what you need, when you need it.
No. Organizations can buy reports directly and we support the rollout with facilitation guides, debrief structures and workshop materials. Certification is for people who want to deliver Discflow to their own clients — or, through in-house certification, for organizations that want to build the capability in their own L&D or HR team.

DISC describes how someone behaves, and the established tools do that well. Discflow measures Emotional Intelligence in the same sitting and writes it into the same report, so you also see how well someone adapts their style. FlowConnect then carries the guidance past the debrief. Emotional Intelligence isn't a separate product you add on — it's in the standard report.
