Discflow

Already DISC certified

Your DISC expertise transfers. The Emotional Intelligence layer is what is new.

Everything you have built — reading a profile, running a debrief, holding a room when it gets personal — carries over unchanged. What you add is a measured Emotional Intelligence layer, and narratives written from both together.

What comes with you

Most of what you already have still counts

A second credential is not a second apprenticeship. Four things carry over intact.

The model itself

Four styles, a circumplex, adaptation under pressure. Discflow is DISC, and everything you already know about reading a profile reads the same way here.

Your facilitation

The hardest part of your practice is running the conversation, not knowing the framework. That skill is the reason clients come back, and it comes with you.

Your client relationships

Nobody has to be re-sold. You are adding depth to work you already do, with people who already trust you.

Your materials and language

The session structures you have built over years still work. What changes is what you can say inside them.

What is new

Four things you can do that you could not before

Emotional Intelligence, measured in the same sitting

Eight dimensions across two domains, each scored, from the same questionnaire. Not a second assessment bolted on, and not a separate invoice.

Narratives blended at the point they are written

This is the difference worth seeing for yourself. The same behavioral style produces different text depending on the Emotional Intelligence underneath it — so a direct style with high awareness of others reads differently from a direct style without it.

Guidance that reaches the client between sessions

FlowConnect gives your client coaching written for their profile at the moment they need it. The work continues after the debrief rather than waiting for the next one.

A commercial model that suits a practice

One-off certification rather than an annual license, tokens that do not expire, and your own fees set by you. Nothing to renew to keep using what you were given.

See the difference

The same style, written two ways

Measuring both is common. Writing the narrative from both is not. Here is the same behavioral style with different Emotional Intelligence underneath it.

You will know within about ten minutes of reading a full report whether that changes the conversation you have with a client. That is the only test worth running, and it does not require talking to us first.

Same style · higher awareness of others

“You lead with the conclusion, and you notice when it lands badly. You adjust, in the room.”

Same style · lower awareness of others

“You lead with the conclusion, and you don’t notice. You find out weeks later, if at all.”

For experienced practitioners

You may not have to start at the beginning

Master Trainer is open to practitioners certified with another provider.

It is our senior credential: Master Trainers certify other trainers, deliver certification inside client organizations and run our twelve-month programs.

Entry is by application and assessed on demonstrated facilitation capability and delivery experience, not on where your original certification came from. If you have years of delivery behind you, that is the conversation to have rather than booking a foundation course.

4 questions

Switching — questions

Do I have to relearn DISC?

No. The course assumes you can read a profile and run a room. What it adds is the Emotional Intelligence layer, how the two are read together, and how to work with the guidance that follows.

Can I hold more than one DISC credential?

Yes. Practitioners routinely hold credentials from more than one provider, and many use different instruments for different clients. Nothing here asks you to give anything up.

What happens to the clients I have already profiled?

Nothing. Their existing profiles remain valid and readable. When they are ready for a fuller picture, the Discflow assessment adds the Emotional Intelligence layer rather than replacing what they already know about themselves.

I have been delivering for years. Do I start at the beginning?

Not necessarily. Master Trainer is a separate senior credential, open to experienced practitioners holding a DISC credential from another provider as well as to Discflow Certified Trainers. What is assessed is demonstrated facilitation capability and delivery experience, not where the original certification came from.

Keep what you know. Add what was missing.

Read a full report first. If it would change the conversation you have with a client, the rest is logistics.
