The LIMITATIONS of D style workers might include:
A tendency to control & dominate
Low tolerance for others’ feelings and ideas
General impatience

The Influence Style
Those with a high Influence Style are enthusiastic, optimistic, and energetic. Think of them as the type who use their high energy levels to involve and motivate the whole team.

Enthusiasm
A persuasive and compelling attitude
Friendliness and encouragement
Plentiful ideas
The LIMITATIONS of I style workers might include:
A tendency to invest a little too much emotion
Less effectiveness when working alone

The Steadiness Style
Those with a high Steadiness Style are calm, easy-going, and co-operative. Think of them as the type who are the anchors of the group, capable of providing stability and reassurance.

A willingness to be a team player
