They aim to be friendly &#8211; and they seek out group activities rather than work alone.<\/p>\n<h3>Fears of the I style<\/h3>\n<p>Their biggest fear is public humiliation &#8211; whether appearing uninvolved, unattractive, unsuccessful, or unacceptable to others.
